Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

About the venueThe Old Church Concert Hall
The Old Church Concert Hall is a historic nonprofit venue located in downtown Portland. Housed in Portland’s oldest church building and preserved as an intimate concert hall and community arts space since 1968, the hall is known for its remarkable acoustics, welcoming atmosphere, and diverse musical and cultural programming.

Paid parking is available on SW 10th Avenue and SW Columbia Street.
Accessibility
The venue is ADA compliant. The accessible entrance is on SW Clay Street, to the right of the main entrance, and there is designated seating for mobility device users and their companions. Seating is mainly church-style pews, with some high-back chairs without arm supports.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, premium seating; Zone B, on the sides of the stage; and Zone C, the farthest from the stage, with good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need ongoing assistance can apply for one free caretaker pass once they hold a valid ticket. Contact our support team to apply.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before it starts, subject to availability. Contact our support team with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you bought a flexible cancellation ticket. You can exchange your ticket for another date or time up to 48 hours before the original start, subject to availability, by contacting our support team.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events only, it lets you request a refund or an exchange if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A ticket transferred to another user can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to return my ticket?
You don't need any documents.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds to a card or PayPal can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the Vouchers section of the app, which is separate from the Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% fee charged for the flexible cancellation option.
When do I get a new ticket if I exchange mine?
Once you request the exchange, you receive a voucher of the same value that you can use to book a new date or time.
Can I switch to a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used for the same experience.
How do I request a refund?
Submit a request through Fever's support form.

How do I get there?
You can get there by light rail. Curbside drop-off is available on SW 11th Avenue (flat) and on SW Clay Street (short incline).
Is food served?
Snacks and drinks are sold before the event.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the venue's designated location at the time of the event. They are tied to that date and location, so they are final sale and non-refundable.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
