Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert can also be found in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID to do so. No refund will be granted. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

How long does the show last?

The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers will not be admitted.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, in the auditorium of the Musée de la civilisation.

Is there food or drink served?

No food or drink is allowed. This is not a dinner show, and no food will be sold on site.

Is there parking nearby?

No parking is available on site.

Is there a minimum age?

Access to the experience is reserved for people aged 8 and up. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To ensure the event runs smoothly, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave the room.

Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Tickets for people with reduced mobility can only be purchased in Zone C. However, there is a small staircase to access the washrooms.

What are the different ticket types?

There are five ticket types: Premium Zone (front row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No, tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, fill out the form provided and send us the required supporting documents.

Can I bring an animal?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

How do I get there?

Enter the museum through the main entrance; the auditorium is to the left of the main entrance.
