What different types of tickets are there?
Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
No tickets are sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before the start via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I buy a ticket for my carer/companion?
Visitors who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer/companion. Get in touch with us after you've bought your own ticket (you must already have a valid ticket before you can request one).
Is there a minimum age for the event?
The minimum age is 8 years old. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket under 'Tickets' in the Fever app (downloadable via the App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same details you used for your order. You can also find your QR code in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
This depends on availability. Changing the date and/or time is allowed up to a minimum of 48 hours before your experience starts. Get in touch with us if you want to make a change, quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documents are needed to claim your refund.
How do I request a refund?
Get in touch with us via the Fever contact form to have your ticket refunded.

Yes, a bar will be open before the concert where drinks can be purchased.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not permitted under any circumstances. Get in touch with us via the Fever contact form if you wish to bring an assistance animal.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is easily accessible in Rotterdam. Check the SS Rotterdam website for the best way to reach the venue.
Can I take photos or film during the performance?
Taking photos and videos is not permitted at any point during the performance, except during the final song. The musicians will indicate when this can be done without flash.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final song and without flash, when indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the room during the show?
You cannot leave your seat out of respect for the musicians and the audience, except in an emergency.
How far in advance should I arrive at the event?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand so you can be allocated a seat in your zone. The concert starts right on time, so the audience must be seated beforehand. Once it has started, the doors close and it is no longer possible to enter the room. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged and refunds are not possible.
Can I sit next to friends?
Yes, you can sit next to each other if you arrive together and if you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on time for the concert. We'll do our best to help you there.
Can I forward my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can forward your ticket for free to any other Fever account. Simply press 'Forward tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, get in touch with us, quoting your ticket ID.
Are the candles safe?
Yes, all candles are flameless and safe.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
