Description
The Bombas Gens building, completely refurbished in 2014 by the Fundació Per Amor a l'Art, brings you a guided tour of its historic and contemporary facilities. Inside this building is the digital arts center, but Bombas Gens is much more than that. Before or after your visit to the exhibition of the digital arts center you can take a guided tour to learn about the history of this space, which forms a unique heritage complex in the city of Valencia. An old hydraulic pump factory with a beautiful Art Deco façade from the 1930s, a Civil War shelter that reminds us that mortar bombs were manufactured here during this period, a fully restored 15th century wine cellar and a Mediterranean garden full of life inhabited by more than 120 species.
