How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Literary Cabinet, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Literary Cabinet box office?
No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Literary Cabinet box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
Will there be food and drink service at Literary Cabinet?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Dress how you feel like and how you're most comfortable, there are no strict dress rules. A casual and informal style is ideal for enjoying the event without issues.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Gran Canaria lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in Gran Canaria?
Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by logging in with the same method you used for the purchase. If you don't have the app handy, you can find them in your inbox: the confirmation email includes your QR code. Remember, you don't need to bring anything printed.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
You can transfer your tickets for free to anyone. Just open the Fever app and click "Transfer Tickets." If you need additional support, contact us through our help center sharing your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA be gifted?
Yes! The perfect present is a Candlelight Gift Card valid for any concert in your country, so the recipient can choose the event that suits them best. If you prefer to gift a ticket you already have, remember you can easily send it using the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Take home an unforgettable memory! This pack offers you an exclusive mini photo session inside Literary Cabinet. You'll instantly take home a printed Polaroid-style photograph.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Literary Cabinet?
As long as there's availability, you can book your Literary Cabinet experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to come 30 minutes early to go through the photo area. The session will close strictly 10 minutes before the music starts.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you arrive at Literary Cabinet, our staff will show you where the photo area is set up. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Literary Cabinet? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the venue. Of course, assistance dogs are exempt from this rule and can accompany you.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, of course! If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a free ticket for your caregiver or personal assistant. Just contact us by sending the document or proof that shows you need one.
Is Literary Cabinet accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking available at Literary Cabinet?
