En general nos ha gustado mucho aunque cuando tocaron el tema de Gladiator faltó la parte más conocida. Gracias!

The flexible refund ticket allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.

When can I return my flexible refund ticket?

You can return your flexible refund ticket and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. The ticket is no longer refundable once it has been transferred to another user.

What documents do I need to request my refund?

No documentation is required to request the refund. Please contact us to process it.

What are the different ticket types available?

There are four ticket types available: zone A, zone B, zone C and zone D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website before arriving at the event.

The experience lasts 60 minutes, with doors opening 45 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted once the concert has begun.
