Das Konzert war super! Das Foto das wir dazu gebucht hatten und das gemacht wurde, war sehr schlecht!

Das Konzert war MEGA. Das Streichquartett BPM ist grandios besetzt. Man spürt, dass alle die Musik und ihre Instrumente lieben. Durch zwei Zugaben war die Dauer dann sogar 1h 20 min absolutes Musikvergnügen in einer dafür passenden Location. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen, ist das gebuchte Foto. Es hat zwar nur 5 Euro gekostet, aber selbst das war zu viel. Ein kleines Polaroidfoto in schlechter Qualität. Nicht zu empfehlen! Liebe Veranstalter, besser wäre ein richtiges Foto für 10 Euro anbieten, welches man sich digital erwerben kann oder weg lassen. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein wunderschöner Abend!

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this applies to you, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Großer Saal of Wittelsbacher Schloss Friedberg (Schlossstraße 21, 86316 Friedberg).
How do I get to the venue?
Friedberg has excellent transport links via the A8 motorway and the B300. Wittelsbacher Schloss is signposted throughout the town. The Bayerische Regiobahn will take you to Friedberg in Bayern station on the Augsburg–Ingolstadt line. The AVV Augsburg regional bus line 200 stops at the “Stadthalle” stop. From there, it's about a five-minute walk to Wittelsbacher Schloss.
Will food and drinks be available?
You can buy drinks at the on-site bar, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options such as cocktails or wine.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but assistance animals are welcome.

Is there a car park?

What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who purchase on site. Please note that we only accept card payments on site; cash payments are not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can select your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print the selected photos for you to take with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new photo experience appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer on site so it can be confirmed and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only given if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
We're coming as a larger group. Can we sit together?
If you're coming with a larger group, please allow enough time to find seats together. We can't guarantee that groups arriving shortly before the concert starts will be able to sit together.
How long does the concert last? Can I still get in after it's started?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. No entry is possible once the concert has begun.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
