Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address you used to purchase your tickets. The QR code you will need to show on the day of the concert will also be in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types available?
Category A - Excellent visibility, Category B - Very good visibility, Category C - Good visibility.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us and send us all the relevant supporting documents once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying).
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is reserved for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
Flexible Refund tickets (only available for selected events) let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can request the refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts; your ticket can no longer be refunded once it has been transferred to another user. No documents are required to request your refund, simply contact us.

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start.

Line L: from Paris Saint-Lazare to Versailles-Rive-Droite (15 min walk from the château). Line U: from La Défense to Versailles-Chantiers. Bus 171: from Pont de Sèvres to the terminus (Château).
