A Midsumma Night’s Fantasy — Wed 21 Jan 2026, from 7pm–10.30pm

As part of Midsumma Festival 2026, Museum of Desire will deliver A Midsumma Night’s Fantasy — an evening immersive art party hosted by the incomparable Jimi The Kween and the ever-sensational Diloncé, alongside a shining constellation of queer artists, performers and creative troublemakers including Saint Eve, Disco Rodeo, Nicky Tsekouras and Nathan McGlynn.

The special evening offering includes:

• Jimi The Kween serving up a floorshow of song, dance & glamour, plus a glitter-laced lounge-house DJ set
• Diloncé on hand to sing and dance, bringing the Nicki Minaj-esque moments and all-out joy
• Saint Eve presenting intimate and raunchy shows throughout the evening with special guest stars of wax, glass, fire & food
• Disco Rodeo teaching everyone to dance like a pop star, culminating in a live performance in the museum to share your newly learned skills

Pop-up Live Queer Artist Interventions include:

• Nicky Tsekouras creating a zero-waste mural using found materials over three hours
• Nathan McGlynn hosting live art nudes — position your favourite ‘bits’ in a picture frame and go home with a portrait of your personal exhibit

• Queer film & music video curation in the Erotic Cinema room
• Hot Pink Carpet VIP arrival
• Kissing Booth — free pashing & photo prints
• Scavenger hunt throughout the museum
• Circulating finger food
• Lucky Dips for every guest (no losers, only delights)
