• Regal Nº2 Oysters
• Pure acorn-fed Iberian ham, DO Guijuelo, hand-sliced
• Grilled langoustines : Truffle melanosporum and cured yolk
• Artichoke confit : artichoke, lemon and pistachios emulsion

Main course:

• Turbot : Celeriac puree, mini vegetables and herb oil
• Braised lamb and Palamós shrimp : Truffled parmentier and demi-glace sauce

Dessert:

• Panettone : Vanilla ice cream and crunchy hazelnut icing
• 12 lucky grapes and cotillion
