The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

The event takes place at Bolling Haxall House, 211 E Franklin St, Richmond, VA 23219.

The venue is accessible by car, ride-share and public transport. We recommend using ride-share services or public transportation.

There is no food or beverages available for purchase. Guests may bring clear water bottles with lids only.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes. The first floor is ADA accessible. The main entrance for the concert is on the left-hand side of the building near the adjacent parking lot, and staff will guide guests who need ADA access to the right-hand side of the building where elevators are located, taking them to the main level. Please note that Zone A, Zone B and Zone C are ADA accessible; Balcony seats require the use of stairs.

There is a free private parking lot to the side of the Bolling Haxall House (The Woman's Club) on a first come, first served basis. Limited street parking is also available around the venue and becomes free after 6pm. There is also a paid parking lot close by on E Franklin St.

This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively available to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area, and as a souvenir you'll receive a printed picture in a polaroid style. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.

Photos can be purchased at the venue, provided the sold-out threshold hasn't been reached. Guests who purchase the photo opportunity online when buying their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are limited to credit card transactions only; no cash is accepted.

Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons. In that case, you will receive a refund for the purchased photo opportunity.
