Chaos collective were amazing! The whole set was well planned, from doing songs in groups and talking about them in between to the actual performance and set up. I have been to a candlelight before and would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys music. I would like to see (as mentioned by Chaos themselves last night) a Christmas candlelight with either a) more modern songs being played or b) a whole set of Christmas carols (O come all ye faithful, away in a manger etc). I (and my friend who I was with) would also love to see more variety such as; Bridgerton, Einaudi, Mozart, boy bands and a full set of Ed Sheeran would be fab! Thanks again for a lovely evening. We’ll be back!

Absolutely wonderful, really fantastic. Disney is an idea for another concert maybe? Although I really love the traditional classical pieces. The chrismas one though was wonderful, really put the cherry on the top for Christmas. Just beautiful

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. See our T&Cs for more information.
What are the different ticket types?
There are five zones available for purchase: Premium (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (fair visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals are not permitted.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Where does the experience take place?
St Peter's by the Waterfront, College Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 1BF. It is the site of the oldest church in Ipswich and was for a short time the chapel of Cardinal Thomas Wolsey's college.
How do I get to the venue?
St Peter's is a 10-15 minute walk from Ipswich railway station and the bus station.
Is there food or drink available?
Yes, there is a fully-stocked bar serving refreshments, alcoholic drinks and bar snacks.
Is there parking available?
The venue does not have its own parking, but there are several nearby car parks — see the list on the venue's website (stpetersbythewaterfront.com/about/visit).
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, St Peter's is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
Can I book a companion ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker (each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket). Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; accepted documents include middle/higher rate DLA, PIP award letters, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
