Celebrate the magic of the festive season with a Candlelight concert: Christmas Music at La Nef, in Namur. Surrounded by candles, a string quartet performs traditional carols, seasonal classics and festive film music, for a warm moment to share.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Je trouve ça juste dommage que lorsque l’on est assis sur notre chaise . On ne voit pas du tout les bougies . La scène devrait être plus haute . Cela donnerai plus de sens au concert avec bougies . Merci ☺️

What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket categories: Premium, Category A, Category B and Balcony.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, contact us and send us all supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address used to purchase the tickets. The QR code to show on the day of the concert can also be found in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert stated on your original ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

The concert takes place at La Nef, Rue Saint Nicolas 2, 5000 Namur.
How can I get there?
By bus: lines 1, 2, 3, 9 and 80, Namur Place d'Armes stop. By car: Parking Beffroi. Public transport or sustainable alternatives are recommended for this event.
Will drinks be available?
No, no drinks are provided.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the categories accessible to people with reduced mobility are located in the stalls: Premium, A or B.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the show.

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so we can assign you a seat in the category you booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: latecomers will not be allowed into the venue.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you all arrive at the same time and all have tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to find you seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: simply click "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, we light the venue with electronic candles, with no real flame.
How are seats allocated?
Seats are not numbered: they are allocated on a first come, first served basis, according to the category booked.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
