Selection of cold dishes (buffet style):

• Homemade smoked and marinated salmon with dill
• Cheeses: cream cheese, semi-cured cheese, goat cheese, brie cheese)
• Cordovan Salmorejo
• Beet hummus, sesame and lentil bread
• Homemade Chicken Salad Bikini
• Homemade potato omelette with and without onion.
• Roasted sweet potato guacamole
• Sausages: Iberian chorizo, Iberian salchichón, Galician beef jerky, ham and york ham
• Salads: lettuce mix, quinoa, candied cherries, avocado mousse, pico de gallo, walnuts, red fruits, natural tomato, various vinegars, Arbequina virgin olive oil

Hot dishes and toasts, to choose 1 between:
-Selection of white or rye bread toasts to choose from:

• Scrambled eggs with or without bacon.
• Avocado, cream cheese and semi-dried tomato
• Acorn-fed Iberian ham (Supplement 4€)
• Homemade smoked salmon ( Supplement 2€)

-Our Croissant or glass bread of your choice:

• Mozzarella, pesto and semi-dried tomato.
• Grilled pork loin, cured cheese and creamy green bell pepper.
• Roast beef roast with herbs, pickled beets and cucumber.
• Brie cheese and tuna in olive oil.
• Spicy larded chicken with guacamole.

-Matured beef burger, cheedar and thousand island sauce.
-Sautéed squash and broccoli with kimchie sauce and lime.
