• Homemade smoked and marinated salmon with dill
  Cheeses: cream cheese, cured cheese, smoked mozzarella (scamorza)
• Cordovan Salmorejo
• Beet and cherry hummus with lentil bread
• Roasted chicken salad bikini
• Homemade potato omelet
• Sausages: Iberian chorizo sausage, Iberian salami, Galician beef jerky, smoked turkey
• Salads: lettuce mix, quinoa, cherries candied in garlic and herbs, avocado mousse, pico de gallo, walnuts, red fruits, natural tomato, balsamic vinegar, sherry vinegar, cider vinegar, arbequina virgin olive oil
