The Jazz Room is a one-of-a-kind concert experience consisting of a mix of carefully chosen classics and spontaneous improvisation. Enjoy a signature cocktail (with or without alcohol) while taking a journey through the rich history of jazz.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 1 hour.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes — there is an on-site bar to purchase beverages during the experience. Food and beverages are available; no outside food or drink permitted.
Will there be strobe lights?
No — there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is first-come, first-served.

What are the different ticket types?
VIP (Premium visibility); Zone A (Great visibility); Zone B (Good visibility); Zone C Standing (Good visibility, standing room only).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No — tickets are only available via the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free carer pass after purchasing their valid ticket — please contact us.

Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time. Contact us with your ticket ID.

No refunds unless a Flexible Cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates/times are permitted up to 48 hours before start time, based on availability.
