Es war eine Klasse Aufführung. Man muss offen sein für die Geschichte die man durch diesen Ausdruckstanz vermitteln will. Es war ein zusätzliches Highlight mit der beleuchteten Kleidung. 👌 War ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

What can I expect at "Ballet of Lights"?

The experience takes place at the Parkhotel. (Parkhotel, Bautzner Landstraße 7, 01324 Dresden)
How do I get to the venue?
You can easily get there by tram 11. The "Dresden Plattleite" stop is right in front of the Parkhotel. Due to construction work, there is unfortunately no private parking available at the moment. If you are arriving by car, you will need to park on public side streets.
Can I bring animals?
No, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly via this form if a service animal will be accompanying you.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, there is disabled access. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can get everything ready.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, there are toilets. Please ask the staff on site.
Is there a car park?
Due to construction work, there is unfortunately no private parking at the moment. If you are arriving by car, you will need to park on public side streets.

What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. You will also receive your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you next to each other.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our General Terms and Conditions.
