Do I need to print my ticket?
No need to print. You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app and in your purchase confirmation email. Log in with the same method you used to buy.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes may be available up to 48 hours before — check your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app for a "Change date and/or time" option, or contact us with your order number. Refunds are not permitted. See our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive early to find your seat before it begins.
Is it suitable for children?
This show is for ages 5 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible?
