What are the different ticket types available?

There are three ticket zones: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the box office. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free pass for their carer. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us along with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID.

Are returns or refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. This option lets you request a refund or change your ticket if you decide not to attend: you can cancel by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it is not refundable if transferred to another user, and no documentation is required). If you choose a refund, you'll get the full amount minus the 10% flexible cancellation fee, back on the same card/PayPal (it may take more than 10 days) or, if you paid with a coupon, as a new coupon in the app's "Coupons" section. If you choose an exchange, you'll receive a coupon of the same value to rebook the same experience on a different date/time.
