What are the different ticket types?

There are three ticket categories: Category A, Category B and Category C.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No, tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I get a free pass for my carer?

If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, please fill in the dedicated form and send us the supporting documents.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

This event is for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert's start time on your ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.

Where does the experience take place, and what time should I arrive?

The concert takes place at Salon Gustave Eiffel, on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, 5 Avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris. Make sure to arrive at least 1 hour before the concert starts, as specific lift time slots are reserved for Candlelight: meeting time for the 6pm concert — 5pm at the foot of the Eiffel Tower; meeting time for the 8:30pm concert — 7:30pm at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

How do I get there?

There is a very wide range of public transport nearby. METRO: Line 6 - Bir Hakeim stop; Line 8 - École Militaire stop; Line 9 - Trocadéro stop. RER: Line C - Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel stop. BUS: lines 30, 42, 72 and 82 - Tour Eiffel stop. Enter via the pillar marked with a Candlelight sign — signage is provided at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

Will there be any food or drinks available?

No.

Can I bring an animal?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?

No, unfortunately Salon Gustave Eiffel does not have sufficient capacity to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Parking Pullman Tour Eiffel - 18 Av. de Suffren, and Parking Saemes Quai Branly Tour Eiffel - 25 Quai Branly.
