Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents.

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.

The experience takes place in the historic Salles de Pologne in Leipzig. The exact address is: Hainstraße 16/18, 04109 Leipzig.

By public transport: tram lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14 and 15 to the Goerdelerring stop, from where it's about a 200-metre walk. If you're arriving by regional or long-distance train, the best option is the nearby Hauptbahnhof (0.8 km, approx. 11 minutes on foot), from where you can take the tram. Distances: airport 22 km, exhibition centre 8 km, A14 motorway 13 km, A9 13 km, A38 14 km.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to secure a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Late entry is not possible: out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.

Yes, there are two car parks nearby: Parkhaus Höfe am Brühl (Brühl 1, 04109 Leipzig), approx. 100 m from the Salles de Pologne, with the entrance at the Hallisches Tor, and Tiefgarage Marktgalerie (Thomasgasse 2, 04109 Leipzig), approx. 200 m away, with the entrance at the Thomaskirchhof just before the Thomaskirche.

Yes, if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do so, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.

No. For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
