Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you have purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket. Changes to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.

What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

It's a ticket that lets you request a refund or change your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it stops being refundable if transferred to another user). You'll receive a refund of the full price minus the 10% flexible cancellation fee, or a voucher of the same value if you'd rather change the date.
