Description
On November 5th only, an exceptional event celebrates classical music in the monumental hall of the 9th arrondissement. Grand winner of the Concours musical international de Montréal 2019, American violin soloist Hao Zhou returns to Montreal to join HausMusique artistic directors Meagan Milatz, piano, and Cameron Crozman, cello, for a concert of romantic piano trios. Franz Schubert's Notturno, written the year before his death, combines moments of lyricism and epic grandeur. Mendelssohn is one of the greatest prodigies in the history of music, and his Piano Trio No. 1 is considered by many to be one of the finest pieces of chamber music ever written.
