Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.

Please arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the concert starts (it lasts 60 minutes) in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Yes! Doors open 60 minutes prior to the start of the show, so guests are able to order food and drinks from the menu.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes. Collective Encore is conveniently located on the first floor of the main building, with a small ramp to enter the building.

Yes, there is plenty of parking in the immediate area.

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency. For everyone's safety, all candles will be flameless.

Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
