I was late for my original time and the hostess was grateful and allowed me into the next show. It was worth the wait. The musicians were fantastic!! The tribute was fabulous and I can’t wait to see another performance.

What are the different ticket types?
Front Row Seats (tables 101-105), Floor Seats (tables 201-405), High Tops (tables 501-703), Banquette Seats (tables 801-804, more added), High Top Bar Tops (seats 906-917, along a bar-height counter stage left, not located at the bar) and Standing Room (spaces along the bar at the back of the venue).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to ask for a full refund in case you decide not to attend the experience. You may return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is needed. Please contact us here to get your ticket refunded.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the concert starts (it lasts 60 minutes) in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Is food served?
Yes! Doors open 60 minutes prior to the start of the show, so guests are able to order food and drinks from the menu.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Collective Encore is conveniently located on the first floor of the main building, with a small ramp to enter the building.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking in the immediate area.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
Can I take pictures or videos, and are there other rules to follow during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency. For everyone's safety, all candles will be flameless.
What is the policy for the Candle 3-Pack purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
