Selection of cocktails from Golden Bar

• Tokyo Blueberry: Inspired by Tokyo and blended with local ingredients such as amazake, black tea and blue berries that add a complex fruity note. It will be served with grated cheese on top to give it a unique salty touch.
• Goma Moon Sour: Inspired by a shrine, it is served at the intersection of tradition and innovation. This whiskey sour style drink is inspired by Goma tofu, one of the traditional Japanese dishes. Recreated with sesame, ginger and soy.
• Yaki Tokyo Banana: This clarified milk punch is inspired by the famous Japanese confectionery Tokyo Banana. It is a smoky, complex and acidic banana punch.
• Moon Sour Gum: Verde Genmai (roasted rice) tea and yuzu make this gin cocktail unique and sophisticated. A kind of martini and also a kind of sour cocktail.

On September 20, Tokyo's famed Golden Bar and Head Bartender Hideyuki Saito will take over the Punch Room bar to present a selection of their classic and surprising cocktails with Japanese flavors. Enjoy a liquid trip to Tokyo and be amazed by a live DJ set and liven up the evening with delicious Asian appetizers such as Eggplant Miso, Ponzu Oyster, Karaage and Katsu Sando. The renowned Gold Bar was featured in The World's 50 Best Bars 2023.
