What different ticket types are available?
Tickets are available in Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required), please send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide a code to purchase the free caretaker ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the caretaker ticket at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is required. Just get in touch with us to have your ticket refunded.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets can be transferred to another person. Please note that if you have a Flexible Refund Ticket, transferring it makes it non-refundable.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts, and late admission is not possible once the concert has begun.
Where does the experience take place?
In the Himmelssaal (Sky Hall) at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Böttcherstraße 2, 28195 Bremen.
How do I get to the venue?
The easiest way to reach Böttcherstraße 2 is via Wachtstraße. Coming from the A1 motorway, take the Bremen-Arsten exit towards the city centre, continue on Neuenlander Straße to Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, turn right, cross the Weser, turn left onto Martinistraße and after 50 m turn right onto Wachtstraße — the hotel is on the corner. From the main station, you can take tram line 4 towards Arsten or line 6 towards the airport and get off at the Domsheide stop, which is a 200 m walk from the Radisson Blu.
Is food or drink available?
Before and after the event, you can reserve a table at The Lobby restaurant (www.thelobby-restaurant.de), which also offers drinks before and after the show. No drinks are served during the event itself.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please get in touch with us if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the hall where the concert takes place is not wheelchair accessible.
Is parking available?
Yes, the venue has its own car park (underground garage to the left of the hotel), which can be used for an extra fee.
