This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types available?
Zone A: excellent visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: average visibility.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. Seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode for the entire duration of the performance.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start by contacting us and providing the ticket ID. No refunds are allowed.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Anyone who needs assistance is entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance attached: we'll provide you with a code to purchase the free ticket. You'll need to show the documents together with the tickets to access the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You can also find the QR code in the confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather were to affect the experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Please also check your spam folder.

4 minutes' walk from the Duomo.
Will it be possible to buy food?
No, no food or drinks will be available.

Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
