Description
On September 3rd only, an exceptional event celebrates 19th-century music in the monumental hall of "Le 9e". Cellist Cameron Crozman and pianist Meagan Milatz use the full force of their instruments to unleash the emotional power and prowess of the Sonata for Cello and Piano by Sergei Rachmaninoff. Written after a writer’s block and depression, this music is truly uplifting and impressive – a perfect match for Le 9e's stunning Fazioli concert grand piano and Crozman’s 1750 cello. Le 9e Grande Salle Chamber Concerts are brought to you by HausMusique, in its brand-new home on the ninth floor of Montreal's Centre Eaton. A unique concert not to be missed.
