Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Catégorie A, Catégorie B, Catégorie C, Catégorie D. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased on the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us and send all supporting documents once you have bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets. The QR code you will need to show on the day of the show will also be in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the show start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. If you want to change your ticket and you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
What are flexible refundable tickets?
Flexible refundable tickets allow you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I request a refund for my ticket?
You can request a refund of your flexible refundable ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. It is important to note that your ticket can no longer be refunded if it is transferred to another user.

How can I get to the venue?
The Théâtre de Liège is located at Pl. du Vingt Août 16, 4000 Liège. It can be reached via lines 1, 2, 3, 26, 29, 31, 33 and 359, 46, 47, 49, 91 - Stops “Place du 20 Août” and “Place Cockerill”. It can also be reached by train via Liège Guillemins, Liège Saint-Lambert and Liège-Carré. The Charles Magnette car park is also accessible. It is best to prioritise public transport or sustainable alternatives for this event.
Will refreshments be available?
No.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the wheelchair spaces are located in Catégorie A.
What happens if the event cannot take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/change of date), we will inform you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and all have tickets in the same category. In that case, we recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to find you seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do so, just click "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app. For further help, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
