Musicians were great, and we loved the 80's rock balad song list. We were allocated a zone, not seat numbers, so its a good idea to get there early for the best seats in the zone. Very pretty with all the candles.

What are the different ticket types?
There are five ticket types: First Row seating (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before the event.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Contact Fever to get a ticket for your companion.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to buy your ticket. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability, by contacting Fever with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. See the T&Cs for more information.
Where is the experience taking place?
At Perth Town Hall, on the corner of Hay Street and Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by car and public transport. A Red CAT bus stop and a taxi rank are right next to the venue. Perth City train station and the bus station are three blocks away, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Perth Esplanade Busport are five blocks away. Check the Transperth website for more information.
Is there parking available?
The nearest City of Perth car parks are Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), Council House (27 St Georges Terrace) and Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). More information is available on the City of Perth Parking website.
Is there food served?
There is a bar in the lower foyer, and you can take drinks into the Hall. The bar closes during the performance. No snacks are available at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
No, animals are not allowed except for service animals.

Yes. Use the Hay Street entrance, or the ramp to the Lobby from Barrack Street; inside, a lift is located opposite the stairs to the Town Hall. If you need wheelchair assistance, contact Fever in advance so the onsite staff can prepare. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Yes, but only during the final piece and without flash, as the musicians will indicate.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, as the musicians will indicate.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No, you must stay in your seat throughout the performance unless there is an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be assigned a seat in your zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience, for example through a change of location or a postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time and the team will do its best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, to any other Fever account at no extra cost: tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact Fever with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It is a photo package available only to guests who purchase it. You have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed, Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy the photo package online with their concert tickets have priority over those buying at the venue. Purchases at the venue are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Before or after the concert. Once you are inside, venue staff will explain the photo experience and announcements will be made. Ask any member of staff if you have questions.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect yours at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed picture before you leave, as it cannot be kept for you.
What if I forget about the photo experience and leave without my picture?
No refund or rescheduling is offered.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will tell you where the photo experience is located.
How do I show that I bought the photo package?
You will receive a QR code by email, in a separate message from your concert ticket confirmation. The photographer at the venue must validate it before your picture is taken.
Are refunds allowed for “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo package is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case your purchase is refunded.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
