This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.
Performed live by Tarraco Quartet (string quartet).

Arrive early
Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.
Find your seat
Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased the flexible cancellation add-on, which lets you request cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note this ticket is not refundable if transferred to another person.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone at no extra cost from the Fever app by tapping "Transfer tickets". Get in touch with us if you need extra help.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the start so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start and latecomers will not be admitted.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with seats assigned on arrival.
Is food or drink available?
No, this event does not have food or drinks for sale.
Is parking available?
No, the venue doesn't have its own parking, so we recommend not coming by car.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can request a free pass for your companion or carer. Get in touch with us with the relevant documentation after buying your ticket.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece of the concert, without flash.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are electric.
What temperature should I expect?
Candlelight concerts take place in historic buildings, where it can sometimes be hard to control the temperature. We recommend dressing accordingly to enjoy the experience comfortably.
