Hull Minster, formerly known as Holy Trinity Church, is a Grade I listed Anglican church located in Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire. It is the largest parish church in England by area. The church boasts exceptional medieval brickwork, a magnificent organ, several stained glass windows, monuments and tombs, making it a captivating place with an enchanting atmosphere. Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (first row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and Zone D.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once received, we'll provide a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket. You'll need to show this, along with your ticket, to enter the venue, and each Carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
Is there food or drink available?
There is no food served.
Is there parking available?
Due to being located in the city centre, there is no on-site parking, but there are several options nearby. The nearest 24-hour car park is the Fruit Market (400m away). Disabled spaces are available on the south side of the church, though these can be busy during the week or for events.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (https://feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
