Absolutely fantastic. The musicians were extremely talented, and I plan to tell everyone to see them next time they are in town. The atmosphere and music was so pleasant it made me so happy we have kept this part of history alive for us to enjoy today.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
What different ticket types are available?
Tickets for this venue are sold as Zone A.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for guests aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

Chilliwack Cultural Centre is located at 9201 Corbould Street in downtown Chilliwack. You can easily reach it by car, public transit, or on foot if you're nearby.
Is parking available?
Ample parking is available around the Centre, including street parking and nearby parking lots, plus a designated drop-off area.
Is food or drink available?
Yes, concessions will be available for purchase onsite.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Chilliwack Cultural Centre is equipped with modern facilities, including wheelchair accessibility and accessible restrooms.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the audience.
