About the venueMeistersaal am Potsdamer Platz

The Meistersaal am Potsdamer Platz is a famous concert hall in Berlin, known for its use as Studio 2 of the Hansa recording studios. David Bowie called it "the big hall by the wall" and recorded albums here. Iggy Pop also recorded in the Meistersaal am Potsdamer Platz, as did U2 in 1990. The Meistersaal am Potsdamer Platz got its name because journeymen received their master's certificates here.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Are refunds allowed?

Only if you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket. With this ticket you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. No documents are required. If the ticket has been transferred to another user, it is no longer refundable.

What different ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where does the experience take place?

At Meistersaal (Köthener Str. 38, 10963 Berlin).

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is right next to Potsdamer Platz station, which is served by several S-Bahn, U-Bahn and regional train lines, as well as several bus lines.

Is parking available?

Yes, nearby (Tiefgarage Potsdamer Platz car park and the Martin-Gropius-Bau car park).

Is food or drink available?

No, no food or drinks are sold on site.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Please send us a short email to hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare everything.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed except for service animals. Please fill out the corresponding form if a service animal will accompany you.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my companion?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal companion. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required) and sent us the corresponding supporting documents, we'll provide you with a voucher code to buy the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please show both tickets at entry.

What is “Candlelight Photo”?

An optional add-on offering a unique photo experience in a dedicated area. As a souvenir, you'll get one printed Polaroid-style photo per purchase.

Can I buy “Candlelight Photos” at the venue?

Yes, until sold out. Guests who book the photo experience online in advance are given priority over on-site purchases. Only card payments are accepted on site, no cash.
