Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play), logged in with the same method you used to make your purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts, just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except for Flexible Refund Tickets (available for selected events): these can be returned for a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documentation required. Please note a Flexible Refund Ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. For more information, see our T&Cs.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food served at the venue?
No.
Is parking available?
Only public parking is available near the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (front row), Zone A (good visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (restricted visibility). Seats are allocated based on the best available seat within your purchased zone, please purchase tickets together in order to be seated together.
Does this venue have disability access?
No, this venue does not have disability access.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying, once you've purchased yours, please email us with proof of disability. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
