Magical show

Fabulous, however, difficult to understand verbal introductions made by viola player. Musicians and song choices were great.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (where available for this event). Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.

What ticket types are available?

There are three ticket zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

Can I get a ticket for my companion or caretaker?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. After purchasing your ticket, please contact us for more information.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The event lasts around 90 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before.

Street parking is available in the area, but we encourage using public transport or rideshare. A garage is also available nearby at an additional cost.

Due to renovations taking place in the building, this venue is not ADA compliant for now.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Are the candles real?

For everyone’s safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.

Can I get a souvenir photo?

Yes, you can optionally book the “Candlelight Photo” add-on: a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, including a printed polaroid-style instant picture. Photos can also be purchased at the venue, subject to availability.

What if I bought a Candle 3-Pack online?

Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific event date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
