About the venueÉglise Saint-Donatien

The Église Saint-Donatien is one of the oldest churches in Orléans, dating back to the 12th century. Located in the heart of the historic district, it has undergone numerous reconstructions, particularly after the destruction caused by the English in 1429. This place of worship, dedicated to Saint Donatien and Saint Rogatien, two martyrs of the 3rd century, reflects a rich blend of Romanesque, Gothic, and classical styles, symbolizing the resilience and deep history of Orléans.
