Tasting menu at Atípico Madrid
The menu includes:

• Classic Margarita: tequila, orange liqueur, sugar and natural lemon juice
• Guacamole: avocado mashed with tomato, onion, cilantro, lime and freshly made torreznos. Served with tortilla chips
• A taco al Pastor: Marinated pork, accompanied with onion, coriander and pineapple
• A Cochinita taco: Pork marinated in achiote, cooked in a slow oven. Served with red onion

The menu also includes a main course, to choose from: 

• Octopus casserole: fried chunks of octopus with onions, cherry tomatoes, a mixture of red and Verde oils and spices. Served with corn tortillas
• Entraña asada: beef roasted with red chili oil and Verde herbal oil. Accompanied with guacamole and potatoes with chorizo
