What ticket types are available?
Tickets are sold in Zones A, B and C.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there's nothing to print. Just show your Fever ticket from the app or your confirmation email at entry.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/companion. Once you've bought your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket first), send us the relevant supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't available under any circumstances; check our terms and conditions for more details.
Where does the experience take place?
In the historic Salles de Pologne halls of Hotel Michaelis in Leipzig, an indoor venue at Hainstraße 16/18, 04109 Leipzig.
How long does it last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open at least 30 minutes before the start; late entry isn't permitted.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, take tram lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14 or 15 to the Goerdelerring stop (about a 200 m walk). If arriving by regional or long-distance train, the main station (Hauptbahnhof, 0.8 km / an 11-minute walk) connects to the tram network. Other distances: 22 km from the airport, 8 km from the exhibition grounds (Messegelände), and 13–14 km from the A14, A9 and A38 motorways.
Is there parking available?
Yes: the "Höfe am Brühl" car park (Brühl 1, 04109 Leipzig, about 100 m away) and the Marktgalerie underground car park (Thomasgasse 2, 04109 Leipzig, about 200 m away).
Is food or drink available?
Drinks can be bought at the on-site bar. Bringing your own food or drinks, including small snacks, isn't allowed.
Is there an intermission?
No, there's no break during the concert.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets aren't allowed. If a service animal will be accompanying you, please contact us in advance via this form.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Following the musicians' request, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and without flash.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes — if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone, we'll do our best to seat you together. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No — for guests' safety, all the candles used are flameless.
