👥 To ensure a personal and safe experience, group sizes are kept small with a maximum of 6 riders per group, guided by a friendly expert.
🔞 Participants must be at least 14 years old, with teenagers aged 14-15 required to be accompanied by an adult.
📏 A minimum rider height of 5 feet (152cm) is required.
🚲 While prior electric bike experience isn't necessary thanks to the provided orientation and test ride, being able to comfortably ride a bike is a must. For your enjoyment and safety, we suggest practicing bike riding before your visit.
👟 Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for the ride. Casual attire is appropriate, but please dress according to the weather.
🔒 Complimentary storage for small bags is available at our city center departure point.
☔ Our tours operate regardless of weather conditions, with complimentary bright and comfortable rain jackets provided if needed.
⚖️ Our electric bikes have a maximum weight capacity of 250 pounds (113 kg).
🌞 Sunscreen is recommended due to the strength of the New Zealand sun.
💧 Bringing a bottle of water is suggested. You can store it in the bike bag, and there's a drinking fountain near our departure point for refills.
