β οΈ It's advised that pregnant travelers and those with poor cardiovascular health opt out for safety.
ποΈ This experience is open to all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy the adventure.
π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ With a focus on quality and safety, our groups are kept small - no more than 6 riders per guide.
π Participants must be at least 14 years old, with teens aged 14-15 requiring an adult companion.
π A minimum height of 5 feet (152cm) is necessary to comfortably ride our e-bikes.
π΅ The cost is the same for all participants, regardless of age.
π΄ββοΈ No prior e-bike experience? No worries. We offer an orientation and a test ride to ensure your comfort. However, being able to ride a bike is a must.
π Closed-toe shoes are a must; however, there's no need for sports attire. Casual clothes are fine, but dress appropriately for the weather.
π Small bags can be stored for free at our city center departure point.
π§ Our tours are designed to be enjoyable come rain or shine, with complimentary rain jackets available if needed.
βοΈ Our e-bikes have a maximum weight limit of 250 pounds (113 kg) to ensure safety and performance.
π Remember to bring sunscreen to protect against the strong NZ sun.
π§ Staying hydrated is key. Feel free to bring a water bottle, which can be stored in the bike bag. A water fountain near our departure point is also available for refills.
