🏋️ This experience is open to all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy the adventure.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 With a focus on quality and safety, our groups are kept small - no more than 6 riders per guide.
🔞 Participants must be at least 14 years old, with teens aged 14-15 requiring an adult companion.
📏 A minimum height of 5 feet (152cm) is necessary to comfortably ride our e-bikes.
💵 The cost is the same for all participants, regardless of age.
🚴‍♂️ No prior e-bike experience? No worries. We offer an orientation and a test ride to ensure your comfort. However, being able to ride a bike is a must.
👟 Closed-toe shoes are a must; however, there's no need for sports attire. Casual clothes are fine, but dress appropriately for the weather.
👜 Small bags can be stored for free at our city center departure point.
🌧 Our tours are designed to be enjoyable come rain or shine, with complimentary rain jackets available if needed.
⚖️ Our e-bikes have a maximum weight limit of 250 pounds (113 kg) to ensure safety and performance.
🌞 Remember to bring sunscreen to protect against the strong NZ sun.
💧 Staying hydrated is key. Feel free to bring a water bottle, which can be stored in the bike bag. A water fountain near our departure point is also available for refills.
