Additional Information
👶 Infants and small children are welcome to use a pram or stroller, and the minimum age to participate is 3 years. Children under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

🏋️ This experience is suitable for all physical fitness levels, but it's important to note that individuals with previous neck, back, heart injuries, shoulder dislocations, those who are pregnant, or wearing a hard cast will not be able to participate.

⚖️ For the safety of all participants and instructors, there are weight restrictions. Flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs may be accommodated after an additional evaluation by local staff upon check-in, but unfortunately, those exceeding 300 lbs cannot be accommodated.

👟 It is recommended that participants wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes for the best possible experience.
