Bierkraft Tasting

This week, you can sample suds from Peak Organic Brewing Company, of Portland, Maine, including the Fall Summit Ale (a hoppy amber ale combining pine, spice and citrus flavors), Winter Session Ale (a dark wheat beer with subtle toasty and pineapple notes) and IPA (a pale ale made from Peak's three favorite hops, with citrus and floral flavors).
