🌧️ We operate in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly. However, in severe weather, we may need to reschedule your adventure.
👶 The minimum age for participants is 11 years, with a strict weight requirement of at least 35kg to ensure their safety.
👟 High heels are a no-go; comfortable shoes are a must for an enjoyable experience.
🛄 Luggage storage is available, allowing you to explore unencumbered.
⏰ Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and training. While we accommodate late arrivals when possible, we can't guarantee a spot on the next tour.
