Three courses, to choose from a wide variety, for example:

• Prawn rice with thai curry
• Grilled salmon with avocado aioli over sautéed rice
• Truffled broken eggs with bluefin tuna, wakame and nori seaweed
• Shrimp tempura with soy sauce
• Galician mussels in red Thai curry
• Pad Thai with chicken, vegetables, shrimp and ground peanuts
• Prawn roll with mango and basil
• Battered eggplant millefeuille with cod and honey and yogurt sauce
• Lasgostino tiger in kewpie sauce with kimuchi
• Sushi roll of salmon and avocado with mustard, honey and teriyaki
• Sushi roll of shrimp tempura with avocado and eel sauce
