🚫 Our primary concern is flight safety; we reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated passengers, who will not fly and will be charged in full.
🧥 For doors off tours, jackets and/or sweatshirts, closed-toe shoes, and hair ties are mandatory, while long pants are recommended.
🚪 Your seat in the doors off experience may not be directly next to an open door.
⚖️ Only passengers weighing 80 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Robinson R44 helicopter, and only those weighing 100 lbs or more in our Airbus Astar helicopter.
🎟️ All passengers 24 months and older must purchase a full fare seat.
💺 Guests weighing 260 pounds or more are required to pay a weight and balance fee to safely balance the aircraft. Those between 260-279 lbs will be assessed a fee of 50% of the seat price after booking, while those 280 lbs or higher will need to purchase an additional seat.
