What are the different ticket types available?
Your seat will be in Zone A, B, C or D depending on visibility. When you arrive at the event, you'll show your ticket and an usher will show you to your section; seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, always within the zone you purchased.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below).
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will there be food and drinks?
Drinks will be served before the concert starts and again at the end. No food will be served.
Is parking available?
There's no parking at the venue itself, but there are private car parks nearby (not included with your ticket).
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
How do I get to the venue?
The event takes place in the Salón Victoria at NH Hotel Finisterre, Praza do Parrote, 2-4, 15001 A Coruña. You can get there by bus, taxi or car.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available for selected events, this ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can cancel it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation is needed. You'll receive a refund of the full ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (if you paid by card or PayPal, it may take 10+ days to appear on your statement; if you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new one in the "Vouchers" section of the app). If you'd rather exchange it, you'll get a voucher for the same value as your purchase, usable only to rebook the same experience for a new date and/or time.
