Hand-held cameras, binoculars, and closable water bottles are permitted. There are no bathrooms in the field.
🌦️ All balloon flights depend on weather conditions for safety. If conditions are not suitable, flights may be rescheduled or refunded in full. Riders should stay alert for early morning updates from the pilot or crew chief.
⏲️ Riders canceling within 24 hours of departure or failing to show are not eligible for refunds.
