Your Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create Eclairs and Cream Puffs! Learn how to make vanilla creme and caramel whipped cream to take your pastry to the next level!
